Product Shipping

 Once an order has been processed, items will not be refunded or exchanged.
 Any product or order issue must be reported within 1/4 hour of receiving the order. (Otherwise, the user will be deemed to have received the order without any problem).

Cancellation Policy

 You cannot cancel an order at any time after you have placed it. www.pattykadai.com has the sole right to decide whether to process an order or not. The customer agrees to accept the decision made by www.pattykadai.com (www.pattykadai.com’s decision regarding cancellation).
 The user will be refunded 25% of the value of the canceled order and the remaining balance will be credited to the user’s bank card account for payment after 14 days.

Out of stock

 In case the product is out of stock, the product value of the order cancelled by www.pattykadai.com will be re-credited to the www.pattykadai.com user account and the user bank/card account used for payment after 72 hours.
